Wine Description

This vintage is a classic Mirabelle Pinot Noir. It's sourced from our original estate vines planted in 2000 and aged almost exclusively in Cadus barrels. Every year it's picked during a blind barrel tasting to find the 115 has that unmistakable acidity and iconic Bing Cherry Core.

Tasting Notes

A single clone bottling of the 115 Clone Pinot noir, the Mirabelle has a warm and toasty nose with hints of vanilla and cinnamon over earthy, spicy notes. Nicely balanced with a vibrant acidity that showcases red fruits.
