Guided by a belief that wine is an expression of place, people, and season, Danielle Hernandez brings a passion for creating experiences that invite guests to connect not just with the wine in their glass, but with the land and story behind it to her role as Guest Experience Host at Compris Vineyard. With over ten years spent in roles in tasting room leadership, events, and operations at some of the Valley’s most respected wineries and hospitality destinations, Danielle believes that great wine experiences are built on authenticity, collaboration, and care for both guests and team members.
Danielle’s approach to hospitality is rooted in respect for nature, community, and craftsmanship. She values authenticity, thoughtful service, and the idea that the best wine experiences unfold naturally when people are welcomed with care and curiosity. Known for her steady leadership style and attention to detail, Danielle prides herself in working in environments where collaboration, learning, and shared purpose guide each vintage and each guest interaction.
Danielle lives in Newberg, Oregon with her husband, Danny, their two teenage boys, and a house full of animals. Outside the tasting room, she enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with her family outdoors and always appreciating the beauty of the Pacific Northwest she has been proud to call home for her entire life.
