Wine Description
As One is our estate Pinot Noir built to feel like the whole place at once, different clones and micro sites moving in the same direction. In 2021, fruit came in under clear skies after the season’s early drama, and the blend captured both the vintage’s power and the Chehalem’s natural freshness. We gave it extended élevage so the parts could knit: tannins resolving, spice settling, fruit and earth finding balance. It is not a loud wine. It is a complete one, damp earth and plum, cedar and cherry, a finish that feels serious but welcoming. The kind of bottle that makes the table feel like it is exactly where it should be.

Reviews
“A racy, vibrant pinot with ripe cherry, dried blood orange and dried hibiscus notes. Medium-bodied, juicy and bright, with a mellow, supple texture and flavorful finish. Drink or hold. Glass stopper.”
“Earth and fruit collide as aromas of dark cherries, loam and wet slate mingle with seared steak and aged balsamic vinegar. The fruit is even darker on the palate, with blackberries holding court along with wee bits of black tea and orange zest. Brisk acidity is followed by a light, clean mouthfeel. - Michael Alberty”
