The concept behind our single clone bottlings, in this case, Melody Maker, or 777 clone, for us is to showcase the characteristics of the clone and the role it plays. Named for the balance in elegance and structure it exhibits, this wine is the catchy melody that always satisfies. Neither fruit nor acid overpower here, they just play off each other nicely with a bit of spice to liven it up. ~Dru Allen
Tasting Notes
A medium-bodied Pinot noir with a nose characterized by subtle toast and baking spice alongside a medley of mixed berries. Bright acidity that accentuates the vibrancy of fruit evolving into warm spice and sun-kissed berries. Overall, a delightful and well-balanced wine, seamlessly blending fruitiness and nuanced spice.
