Tasting Notes
The 2021 vintage has a pale straw color, with a medium body and long, vibrant finish. Hints of honeysuckle and wisteria blossom aromas, along with the lively acidity of lemon zest and grapefruit, surely make this lovely wine a delightful sipper on warm days and evenings, or with poultry dishes such as roasted turkey. Just 28 cases produced of this club-only wine.
