Wine Description
Supernova is a dry Extra Brut sparkling Oregon Chardonnay with bright acidity, a clean mineral finish, and just enough lees-aged depth to bring notes of brioche, ginger, kumquat, and stone fruit. Lively, composed, and celebratory, it is the bottle to open when the moment needs a lift.
Naming Inspiration
Champagne Supernova, Oasis. A nod to that bright, starburst feeling, Chardonnay turned into pure lift.

Reviews
“The Oasis fan in me appreciates any sparkling wine named Supernova. The fizzy Chardonnay's apricot and white chocolate aromas are counterpointed by savory notes of corn masa and saline. Energetic acidity and frisky bubbles form a stellar explosion that propels the wine's lime, sage and spicy ginger flavors, faster than a cannonball. — Michael Alberty”
