Wine Description
2021 in the Willamette Valley gave us contrast: an early heat dome, then months of dry, moderate weather. That meant we could wait and pick when flavor and acidity finally aligned. Wavelength comes from our Block 3 Chardonnay, where marine sediment and clay naturally pull the wine toward minerality and line. After a whole cluster press, we intentionally introduced oxygen post press (a small, quiet choice that pays off later), then let native fermentation and large format puncheons build texture slowly on lees. The result is Chardonnay with a steady rhythm: bright, saline, long, generous without losing its edge.

Reviews
“Prepare to drink the Wavelength with frequency. Classic lemon and toasted filbert aromas are joined by an earthy burlap note suggesting the bags used to transport green coffee beans. The wine's fresh, crisp mouthfeel and electric acidity goes hand-in-hand with its basil, chamomile and lemon flavors. - Michael Alberty”
“Notes of ripe peaches and apricots with saffron and toffee. Medium- to full-bodied and rounded with crisp, citrusy acidity and crunchy stone fruit texture. Flavorful, refreshing finish. Drink now. Glass stopper.”
