After quickly going through our inaugural vintage of '21 Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir poured out of keg, we decided to ramp up production a bit in '22.  Not wanting to be reliant upon a potential saignée to supply our Rosé, we picked early and intentionally for 2022 to ensure we'd have more to share.  Our second year of collaboration with Bauman's Cider, they added the sparkle and even bottled a few for us for this vintage.  A big thank you to Christine, Chris, and the team at Bauman! ~ Dru Allen
