Wine Description
Did anyone else save some of the '21 vintage for Thanksgiving? Having drunk through the majority of our stash through the summer and into fall, we saved a bottle to have with turkey and were rewarded for our patience! Our '22 vintage has these amazing layers of flavor that will go with so many things, we are praying that we'll have the fortitude to hold onto a bottle again this year. ~ Dru Allen
Tasting Notes
A sunrise-colored wine from Tempranillo grown on our property. The nose has hints of jasmine and orange blossom. This rosé is quite savory with herbal notes, grapefruit and orange zest, and a vibrant acidity. Refreshing, with a hint of peach on the finish. Valley Skies is a multi-position player. Equally comfortable as a summer sipper or playing a starring role at Thanksgiving dinner.
