Wine Description
When we purchased the vineyard in 2020, there were seven rows of own-rooted Coury clone Pinot noir in block 5 that were in pretty rough shape. Our first vineyard decision was to replant those seven rows. The '23 Lovely Days Rosé of Pinot Noir is made up entirely of the first harvest from the first vines we ever put in the earth. Tasting Notes
Imagine this Sparkling Rose of Pinot noir as your witty friend who knows how to have a good time without losing sight of what matters. White strawberries and strawberry blossoms on the nose, it dances lively on your palate before mellowing mid sip. The finish is where it gets serious, with a layered blend of red berries and cream that leaves a lasting impression.
