Wine Description
Mystery Tour has always been our floral, aromatic Willamette Valley surprise, and in 2025 it feels especially dialed in. The wine holds onto everything that makes Viognier compelling - perfume, texture, and a little bit of mystery - while staying bright, balanced, and refreshingly grounded.
The warm, early 2025 season gave us concentrated fruit without losing acidity, and the result feels both vivid and composed. Picked on September 17 from Block 3 and fermented in a single neutral barrel, this vintage moves with clarity at first, then opens into something more layered and quietly expansive. It’s a wine that starts with charm and ends with depth, carrying you further than you expect from a varietal still unusual in the Willamette Valley.

Naming Inspiration
Mystery Tour takes its name from the ride this wine offers from first impression to final note. Viognier is still an unusual varietal in the Willamette Valley, and part of the fun is how unexpectedly it unfolds in the glass - floral, bright, textural, and a little transporting. The nod to Magical Mystery Tour by The Beatles felt right for a wine that invites curiosity and rewards following it wherever it wants to go.
It’s a fitting name for a bottle that starts with perfume and freshness, then keeps opening into something more layered and complex as it moves along.
