Vines quickly growing in the spring at Compris Vineyard.

Dear Compris Family and Friends,

In early May we were fortunate to travel once again - this time to Washington D.C. to support the American Heart Association at Heart’s Delight, a multi-day event benefiting heart health research and education. While we enjoyed seeing the sights and spending time with fellow wineries, the purpose behind the event was especially meaningful to Dru and me, as heart disease has impacted members of our own family.

We spent yesterday pouring two of our favorites alongside 38 wineries at Magic in the Mountains, an annual celebration of our AVA and the incredible wines it produces. Wines from the Chehalem Mountains were among the first that made us fall in love with Willamette Valley Pinot Noir back in 2002, so it never gets lost on us how lucky we are to now grow and craft wines here ourselves.

In the vineyard, the vines are growing enthusiastically, clusters are set, and we’re watching closely for the first signs of flowering - the important transition from vegetative growth to fruit production that helps shape the vintage to come.

And finally, starting today, our club members have first access to a special limited release - the return of our Mystery Tour Viognier. With only 22 cases produced, it likely won’t last long.

We hope you’ll come visit and enjoy these beautiful early summer days with us soon. The terrace and patio are ready for you.

With gratitude, Dru & Erin

Club members....

Pie & the Sky - July 25, 2026 Club members, don't miss out on our annual stargazing event this summer, Pie & the Sky! An unbelievable evening under the stars begins with dinner from the talented team at Wooden Heart, followed by a presentation by OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science & Industry). As the sun sets and the stars emerge over the valley, we’ll be able to view the celestial wonders through several high-powered telescopes. It’s the perfect chance to relax with your Compris family and friends while enjoying a night filled with delicious food, great wine, and stunning views. This event is exclusively for our wine club members, so don’t miss out on what promises to be a magical evening!

Pouring Purpose Into Every Bottle

At Compris Vineyard, we believe in caring for people, especially children, as deeply as we care for the land. Just as we nurture each vine to reach its full potential, we are committed to supporting the well-being of our community.

From April through June, we are proud to highlight Juliette’s House, an organization devoted to helping children affected by abuse begin their journey to healing.

Based here in Yamhill County, Juliette’s House provides compassionate care, guiding families from fear and uncertainty to safety and hope. Their no-cost services - including clinical care, trauma recovery, abuse prevention education, and advocacy – help children and families rebuild their futures. They also strengthen the community by training those who work with children to prevent, recognize, and respond to abuse and neglect.

This quarter, every bottle of our 2023 Mountain Echo Pinot Noir you enjoy helps support Juliette’s House and their mission to create a safer, brighter future for all. Because, much like in the vineyard, with the right care and support, children can grow, heal, and thrive.
