The winemaking stays classic and steady, native fermentation, thoughtful extraction, time in French oak, so the wine feels like a rhythm section: you may not notice it first, but it is what makes everything else make sense. Expect dark berries and subtle vanilla spice, a firm but refined frame, and a finish that stretches with energy.
