Wine Description
Rhythm Child is Dijon 115 doing what it does best: bringing structure without stealing the spotlight. In a warm, dry 2021, cool nights and careful farming preserved the lift we love in this clone, while the fruit developed depth and spice. The winemaking stays classic and steady, native fermentation, thoughtful extraction, time in French oak, so the wine feels like a rhythm section: you may not notice it first, but it is what makes everything else make sense. Expect dark berries and subtle vanilla spice, a firm but refined frame, and a finish that stretches with energy.
