Wine Description
Rhythm Child is Dijon 115 in a long season vintage, bright acidity from the cool start, then color and flavor from the sunlit finish. Block 1C and 1D brought exactly what this bottling needs: vivid red fruit and natural structure that holds the wine in place. We kept fermentation native and extraction classic, then let time in French oak smooth the edges without dulling the energy. It smells like strawberry, red plum, cherry cola, baking spice, vanilla. It drinks like a steady beat: supple texture, balanced grip, and a finish that stays easy.
