Wine Description
Melody Maker is Dijon 777 with the volume turned down just enough to hear the detail. The 2022 season gave 777 exactly what it likes: a cool, drawn out start that kept acids high, then an extended October that ripened berries slowly and evenly. To match that energy, we kept élevage all neutral, letting the clone’s natural charm lead. It opens with mixed berries and subtle toast, then moves into warm spice and sun warmed earth, finishing bright, graceful, and quietly persistent.
