Wine Description
Given to Fly is reserve Pinot from the most complete Block 1 barrels of 2023. The season stayed classic and even, giving us extra hang time without excess sugar, so the reserve lots carried both depth and brightness. A small whole cluster inclusion lifts the aromatics, while the four barrel élevage keeps the profile focused and deliberate. It opens on black cherry and dark raspberry with cocoa and subtle coffee, then moves through firm but polished tannins into a finish that feels long, rising, and savory fruited.

Naming Inspiration
Given to Fly, Pearl Jam. Named for the reserve that carries itself upward, depth, then lift.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Incense cedar, cherry blossoms, fresh.
Taste: Broad front palate through the middle, tapering to fine grain tannins and a long, mouth-watering finish. Cherry stem into a burst of fresh, juicy Bing cherry. Great structure, weight, and texture throughout.
