Long before Compris Vineyard became part of our story, we discovered this restaurant, where a chance encounter with old friends led to a conversation about a vineyard that was for sale. That conversation quietly changed the course of our lives.
Over the years, Rosmarino has become much more than one of our favorite restaurants. Dario and Sheena have become dear friends, making it especially meaningful to return and share our wines around their table.
Together, we'll enjoy a five-course dinner celebrating Dario's authentic Northern Italian cuisine, inspired by treasured family recipes passed down from his Nonna and thoughtfully paired with our estate-grown wines from the Chehalem Mountains. We hope you'll join us for an evening of exceptional food, memorable wines, and the stories that remind us how life's most meaningful journeys often begin in the most unexpected ways.
